Okay, I admit it. I am cheap. I don’t pay full price when I don’t have too.
However, being cheap has it’s problems. You see, sometimes, it leads to consequences that you don’t want.
Well, I am a big talk radio junkie, and I happened to hear about a company that sells ink for inkjet printers. I figured it was a better deal then what I can get in the store, so I went for it.
Sure it printed fine for the first little while, but now it has completely messed up my system.
You see about a month after I started using the cheap ink. I noticed that the banding (or lines) started to appear in my print outs. So, I performed a head cleaning. That seemed to make things worse. So, I did an alignment. That was better.
But it soon became a battle between me and the printer.
Ever since, then I have sworn of the cheap stuff. Actually, I went and forked out the dough to by four new ink cartidges (one of each color). I was hoping that that would solve my problem. But I still have banding.
So, the moral of this story is: DON’T BUY CHEAP INK!
